What organisers usually need to know.
A date, venue and rough agenda is enough to start.
How much does conference photography cost?
Coverage starts at $550 + GST for one hour. Four hours is $1,600 + GST and eight hours is $2,800 + GST. Larger, multi-day or multi-photographer conferences are quoted to the program.
Can you cover conferences with multiple rooms?
Yes. Parallel sessions can be mapped against the agenda. If simultaneous coverage needs more than one photographer, WP Collective can bring in trusted photographers while John remains your contact.
When will we receive the photographs?
Edited conference photographs are normally delivered within 48 hours. If communications or media teams need a smaller selection sooner, include that deadline in the enquiry so it can be planned.
What should we include in the brief?
Start with the date, venue, agenda, key people, sponsor obligations and publishing deadlines. A finished photography brief is not required; John will identify any gaps before the event.
Can you photograph low-light auditoriums and presentation screens?
Yes. Auditoriums, mixed venue lighting and presentation screens are normal conference conditions. Lighting and camera technique are adapted without distracting speakers or delegates.
