How much does awards night or gala dinner photography cost in Melbourne?
Coverage starts at $550 + GST for one hour. Two hours is $800 + GST, four hours is $1,600 + GST and eight hours is $2,800 + GST. Larger, multi-day or more complex events receive a custom quote.
What will you photograph during the night?
Coverage can include arrivals, room and sponsor detail, guests at tables, speakers, entertainment, award presentations, winners, group photographs and natural reactions. Priorities are agreed from the run sheet before the event.
How quickly will we receive the photographs?
Edited photographs are normally delivered within 48 hours. If your media or social team needs a smaller priority selection sooner, include that deadline in the enquiry so it can be planned.
Can our organisation use the photographs for marketing and PR?
Yes. Standard coverage includes commercial licensing for the client’s own marketing and communications, including websites, social media, PR, reports and internal communications.
