A rough idea of the people, locations and activities you want photographed is enough to start. We’ll agree the schedule, access and any staff preparation before the day.
Can we include headshots and team photographs?
Yes. Tell me how many people are involved and we can include portraits, group photographs and workplace coverage in the same quote.
Do we need a finished photography brief?
No. Start with what the photographs are for. A website update, company profile or internal communication gives us a useful starting point.
When will we receive the photographs?
Delivery timing and the files you need are agreed before the shoot. Mention any website launch or publishing deadline in your enquiry.

Who will organise and photograph our shoot?
You will deal directly with John Warren, the photographer behind The WP Collective, from the first conversation through to delivery. A rough staff count, location, intended uses and deadline are enough to start planning.
